    Asparagus - Focaccia - Butter

    Asparagus broth cooked on white asparagus whipped with a dollop of butter and cream. Served with homemade focaccia and whipped butter.

    Asparagus - Lemon butter - Goat's cheese - Watercress - Roe - Macadamia

    White fresh asparagus is served with grilled lemon, aged goat's cheese and watercress emulsion. Topped with roasted macadamia nuts and roe.

    Chicken - Nettles - Chives - Tomato - Risotto - Cabbage Herbs - 

    Spring onion

    Chicken stuffed with fresh herbs and cream cheese. Served with confit small tomatoes, spring onions & nettle pesto, risotto, roasted spring onions and grilled cabbage.

    Spring onion - Tomato

    Fried risotto balls flavored with mushrooms from Ivö. Served with fermented and smoked Swedish peas, confit small tomatoes, chives & nettle pesto, risotto, roasted spring onions and grilled cabbage.

    Puff pastry topped with Italian meringue, pickled rhubarb and rhubarb syrup. Roasted sunflower seeds.
